Safe Haven Care is the digital care connection of Safe Haven United Assembly, providing a simple way to reach out for prayer, encouragement, spiritual support, and connection with someone from Safe Haven.

If you are having trouble using the app or have a question about Safe Haven Care, contact us at:

When contacting us about a technical issue, it may be helpful to include:

  • A brief description of what happened
  • What you were trying to do
  • Any error message you received

Please do not email passwords or other sensitive account credentials.



Using Safe Haven Care

Through Google Chat, you can use Safe Haven Care to:


  • Request prayer or encouragement
  • Receive faith-based support
  • Ask spiritual questions
  • Request a conversation with someone from Safe Haven
  • View available appointment times
  • Schedule a 30-minute conversation through Google Meet


Simply open your conversation with Safe Haven Care in Google Chat and send a message describing how we can support you.



Scheduling Support


When Safe Haven Care offers appointment options, select an available time and confirm your booking.

After a successful booking, you should receive a Google Calendar invitation with your appointment information and Google Meet details.

If a selected time is no longer available, Safe Haven Care may ask you to choose another option.


If Something Isn't Working

If Safe Haven Care does not respond as expected:


  1. Refresh or reopen Google Chat.
  2. Reopen your Safe Haven Care conversation.
  3. Try sending your message again.
  4. If the problem continues, contact us using the support email above.


Important Safety Information


Safe Haven Care is not an emergency-response, crisis-intervention, medical, or mental-health service.


If you or another person may be in immediate danger or needs urgent medical assistance, do not wait for a response through Safe Haven Care. Contact the appropriate local emergency services or seek immediate help from someone who can be physically present.

Safe Haven Care may alert an authorized Safe Haven leader when a message appears to involve an urgent safety concern, but this does not guarantee immediate human contact or intervention.
