Hi, I’m Pastor Ray.

My purpose is simple: I was called, anointed, and appointed by God to liberate with love and destroy the works of the devil. Every day I aim to learn from Jesus, love like Jesus, and lead to Jesus. I don’t chase religion or status; I pursue an intimate relationship with the living God—and I want that for you.

God has sustained me through many hardships, including imprisonment and the loss of my son. He has also blessed me beyond what I deserve. Out of that story, I carry a deep conviction: no matter where you’ve been or what you’ve faced, you are fully loved, and there’s a next faithful step for you in Jesus (Yeshua).

That’s why Safe Haven exists; to be a refuge of love where you can belong as you learn to believe and become who Yahweh created you to be. If you’re skeptical, tired, grieving, or just hungry for something real, you’re not a problem to solve—you’re family to love. Welcome home. Let’s walk this relationship with God together.
